So there is a rumor floating around of a new white Xbox One due out at a later point of the year; from the pictures, it does look appealing to the eye. It makes sense for Microsoft to make random different editions of their console. I would suspect Nintendo and Sony to do special editions of their consoles as well.
Another Microsoft/Xbox related rumor that came out recently, is a Halo 2 Anniversary edition. Though, I do not like a lot of what Microsoft does in the Xbox branch, I do like Halo and spent countless hours playing Halo 2 with my friends on Lockout and a few other maps. Something I heard from someone else, that I cannot get online from the rumor is that the Halo 2 Anniversary will also have Halo 3 and Reach with it. Which if it does, that would be an awesome pack.
Finally, the other part of the rumor, there will be a diskless version. No optical drive. This, I feel is a mistake. I, like so many others are a hard copy person. We like having the hard copy of the games we own. Some people do like digital versions, though I do feel this works for some games, no reason for all. Especially if we are done with them. With diskless, there is a rumor of a 1TB drive. This is definitely needed and honestly should have launched with at least 1TB drive. Most games, are requiring to install something at least 10GB of data to the drive. GTA V and Battlefield are a strong example of this.
